Just thinking about the process of beginning to break down your classroom walls can be daunting. Becoming a global educator and opening up your room to the world can be stressful, frustrating, and trying, but the reward in the end is well worth everything you put in!
In this presentation, we will go over what is needed to start this adventure? What are possible hurdles and/or difficulties you might experience? What are some examples and resources of successful global classroom collaborations, projects, and connections?
Partnering with virtual field trip company Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration, we will end with a virtual field trip to secret destination around the world, which will show what live field trips through CILC.org could look like!
